What this tool gives you

Prefix and suffix together

Fill one field or both: wrap every line in quotes or build URLs in a single pass.

Keeps blank lines intact

Empty lines can be skipped so you do not end up with stray prefixes.

Instant output

Results refresh as you type and copy to the clipboard in one click.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add text to both ends at once?

Yes. Fill both the start-of-line and the end-of-line fields and each line receives the prefix and the suffix in one pass; leave a field empty to skip that side.

Are spaces in the string preserved?

Yes. Whatever you type in the string field is used literally, including leading or trailing spaces, so you can add ", " with the space.

How do I wrap each line in quotes?

Put a quote in the start field and a quote in the end field. For SQL IN lists use a quote at the start and a quote plus comma at the end, e.g. ','.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The transformation is plain JavaScript executed in your browser, so the text never leaves your machine.
